Our Services

Mental Health Services(AOD/MH Adult & Children and Adolescents)

Our team of Mental Health Professionals meet with individuals or families, face-to-face, to learn about their history. We set goals that align with the individuals’ or family’s desire. Therapists are trained to assist clients with therapy and select which method will be most effective. We guide clients toward the best possible approach. This may take place in individual sessions, group sessions, or through interaction with the entire family or support system.

Substance Abuse Treatment (AOD/MH/SA Adults / Adolescents)

Substance abuse is a serious health issue. You or a loved one may struggle with substance abuse and need help and treatment. Seven P Healthcare Services is here to provide quality mental health services to help you overcome this addiction. In order to use the most effective therapy, you must address each phase of your treatment together as a family unit, so we work closely with your family. Our staff works closely with you in an effort to promote healing on all levels: physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental, which is the key to recovery from substance abuse issues. We will work with you to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment conducive to healing.

HOW WE WORK

Seven P Healthcare Services use a three part process to pre-qualify clients and determine the need for specific services as it relates to the client’s challenges, behaviors, family origin and challenges, educational, social, and emotional challenges. Our company assesses each client, interviews each client and their natural supports, and complete a diagnostic/clinical assessment to determine service need. A diagnostic assessment (DA) is a written report that documents the clinical and functional face-to-face evaluation of a recipient’s mental health. A diagnostic assessment is necessary to determine a recipient’s eligibility for mental health services. In addition, the DA may be performed with or without medical services.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

The purpose of Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) is to surround individuals/families with the services and resources necessary to promote recovery, rehabilitation and resiliency. Community support activities address goals specifically in the following areas: independent living; learning; working; socializing and recreation. Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) Services provides the persons served with an array of services or multidisciplinary teams of professionals and trained others. Services address the individualized mental health needs of the clients. CPST provides case management and advocacy services that identify the appropriate programming to be successful in a client’s recovery. The goal of the CPST program is to help our persons served achieve higher levels of functioning by learning how to be self-sufficient with their daily lives.
