How we work
- Use a three part process to pre-qualify clients and determine the need for specific services as it relates to the client’s challenges, behaviors, family origin and challenges, educational, social, and emotional challenges.
- Our company assesses each client, interviews each client and their natural supports, and complete a diagnostic/clinical assessment to determine service need.
- A Person Centered treatment plan is then created based on information gathered directly from the client.
- As service is about to begin, the client's entire treatment team is briefed on what is expected of each member.
